Ordering from stylishphotocards.com, you agree to the following:

Use of Photographs

-You certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos you are submitting.

-You own the rights to the photograph sent to us.

-For professional photos, you have obtained permission from the photographer, in the form of release to use that image for the purposes of creating a specialized announcement.

-We reserve the right to deny use of any or all photos questionable of content or copyright.

Liability

-We are not responsible for delays in shipping at the fault of the United States Postal Service.

-Please take into consideration that the color settings on your computer may differ slightly from the final printed product. We commonly match colors directly from your photos to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Payment

-Our designers accept major credit cards through the PayPal service. Please visit www.paypal.com to view their privacy policy and conditions documents. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

Return/ Cancellation Policy

-All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. By giving your final approval on your proof, you certify that all information is correct. You may cancel your order up to the proof approval stage with no penalty. However, once the proof is approved your order cannot be canceled.

It is against the law to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, display or in any way commercially exploit any of its contents.

Display of Card/Photos

-By selecting the “may I display your card/photos” question on the order form you are allowing us to display your card on any page of our website. We like to use clients' proofs on our website for advertising and templates. We also will change all vital information on announcements such as: the last name, address, and phone number before placing them on the website. We may also Incorporate your pictures into another template design.

Privacy Policy

-Under no circumstances will we ever sell, trade, or distribute your private information to a third party. We use the information you provide us with to complete your order.

-If you are provided with a username and password it will be sent only to the email address you provided on your order form. We will never share this information with other person’s. Please be cautious as to whom you choose to share this information with.

-We will occasionally send special offers to our customers by email or physical mail.  You can be removed from our email list at any time by replying to a mailing with "Remove" in the subject line.
